Pat Graham had an abundance of spare parts lying around his race shop that needed to be used.

The longtime driver and Forest City High School graduate has been racing for decades, and his place around Modified racing is well known around the state.

He’s a former track champion at Mason City – that coming in 2005—and from a racer’s viewpoint there seemed to be a simple solution to all those old race parts in his garage.

That’s how the wheels began turning for Graham to plunge into another racing avenue, a route he hadn’t traveled down but offered plenty of intrigue.
